Earlier this week I had a chance to chat with Scott White (formerly of the Iowa Stars? hockey operations department), who is now serving as a professional scout for the Dallas Stars, the Steelheads? NHL affiliate. A frequent guest on the Bud Light Idaho Steelheads Hockey Show, White gave me more than a few minutes on the Steelheads? lack of a primary AHL affiliate this season, a report from the Stars? development camp, a look into some prospects in the system that may end up in Boise this season and plenty more.
