Boise, ID (4/8/16)— The Idaho Steelheads wrap up the regular season with this weekend’s home series against the Missouri Mavericks, during which fans will have an opportunity to purchase the Steelheads’ white game jerseys at a silent auction organized by the Steelheads Booster Club.
Fans will have an opportunity to bid on their favorite Steelheads’ regular-season white jerseys during Friday and Saturday night’s contests at a silent auction table on the arena concourse behind Section 113. Bids will be accepted through the second period of Saturday night’s contest. Those fans who win jerseys will provide a deposit for the prize, with full payment made when the jerseys are delivered at the end of the playoffs.
Proceeds from the auction will be used by the Steelheads Booster Club to support the many functions and services they provide during the season to help the Steelheads organization and improve the Steelheads fan experience and community. The Steelheads youth hockey scholarship, contributions to Toys for Tots, and other charitable efforts during the season are all supported by the dollars brought in during the jersey auction. The Steelheads Booster Club also provides assistance to Steelheads players in regards to living and travel arrangements.
This is the Steelheads’ final home stand of the regular season and their first ever meeting with the Mavericks. For tickets to this weekend’s games, or for information regarding tickets for any Steelheads home playoff games, call 331-TIXS or visit idahosteelheads.com.
