Boise, ID (2/25/2015) - The Idaho Steelheads announced this week that sales account executives Audrey Adair and Steven Anderson were honored as the 2014 Co-Employees of the Year.
Adair and Anderson, both graduates of Boise State, each began with the Steelheads as interns – Adair in the media/public relations department and Anderson in the marketing department. Once their internships were up, both earned full-time positions with the Steelheads and have helped the team grow its sales. Overall attendance for the Steelheads has increased this season and group-ticket sales are projecting well-above last season’s pace as well.
The pair has been instrumental in the team’s community relations efforts as well, coordinating school visits across the Treasure Valley as well as lending a hand with Habitat for Humanity and the St. Luke’s Children’s Hospital.
Adair is a native of Ohio, while Anderson originally hails from Nevada.
The Steelheads return home on Wednesday, March 4, to host the Stockton Thunder on “Dollar Beer Night,” presented by Bud Light. Small beers are just $1 through the end of the second period at every Wednesday home game for the Idaho Steelheads.
The following weekend, March 6 and 7, is the team’s annual “Pink in the Rink” weekend, where the team will wear specially-themed jerseys that will be auctioned off to raise money for St. Luke’s Mountain States Tumor Institute.
Tickets for all home games can be purchased here, online and IdahoSteelheads.com.
