Boise, ID (6/16/14) – Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations Brad Ralph, in conjunction with the ECHL, announced the Season-Ending Roster for the Idaho Steelheads on Monday.
Season-Ending Rosters may include up to 20 players. Season-Ending Rosters cannot include any players who did not sign an ECHL contract in 2013-14. Idaho’s Season-Ending Roster, which includes fifteen players, is as follows:
Russ Sinkewich, Damon Kipp, Dalton Reum, Eamonn McDermott, Carl Sneep, Tommy Grant, David de Kastrozza, Luke Judson, Justin Mercier, Gaelan Patterson, Jason Bast, Brett Robinson, Anthony Nigro, Rob Linsmayer and Tyler Beskorowany
Ralph may extend qualifying contract offers to a maximum of eight players off this list by July 1.
Of the eight qualified players, no more than four can be veterans (260 regular season professional hockey games played as of the start of the 2013-14 season). Players on open qualifying offers cannot be traded. Teams are not required to extend a qualifying offer to players who sign a contract prior to July 1.
Season tickets for the 2014-15 season are already on sale, starting at just $275 to secure the same seat for all 36 home games.
