Boise, ID (6/5/12) ? The 2012 Bodybuilding.com Fitness Expo, presented by Optimum Nutrition, returns to Boise?s CenturyLink Arena on Saturday. There is no admission charge to attend the Fitness Expo. The free event begins at 10 AM and concludes at 4 PM. Guests who bring a healthy canned food item for the Idaho Food Bank will receive a free Bodybuilding.com mesh workout bag. The Fitness Expo is a celebration of bodybuilding and fitness. There will be events throughout the day like Strongman competitions and Crossfit games and there will be a host of special guests, including UFC light heavyweight Jon ?Bones? Jones along with author and fitness model Jamie Eason. CenturyLink Arena is located in the heart of downtown Boise. It is home to the ECHL?s Idaho Steelheads and the Idaho Stampede of the NBA Development League. With a seating capacity of 5,000, CenturyLink Arena hosted over 100 events during 2011 and drew more than 350,000 people.
