Mylymok to host three camps in Southern Idaho

(Boise, ID) ? With hockey firmly entrenched in its off-season, Steelhead players present and past are spending the summer teaching future pros the finer points of succeeding on the ice, including opportunities right here in the Gem State. Multiple members of last season?s team, including forwards Geoff Irwin and Adam Huxley, are spending part of their summers as instructors at hockey camps. However, that doesn?t mean that players in southern Idaho have to go to Minnesota or Alberta to hone their hockey skills under the summer sun. Former Steelhead star Jeremy Mylymok, whose jersey number 4 is retired by the organization, will be putting on three camps this summer, two in Boise and one in McCall: July 18-22 Boise Performance Camp ? A strong, teaching environment that allows players to build foundations for future success. August 1-5 Mylymok Elite Camp ? Geared toward the competitive player looking to gain that extra edge. August 18-21 McCall Performance Camp ? The most-popular of the Mylymok camps, held at Manchester Ice and Events Centre in McCall Among the instructors Mylymok has had in past years: Colorado Avalanche forward Mark Olver, former Steelhead/NHL enforcer Jeremy Yablonski, Steelhead legend Cal Ingraham (whose jersey number 22 is also retired), and longtime Steelhead defenseman Kory Scoran. More information on Mylymok?s camps can be found at www.mylymokcamps.com. Steelhead Season-Ticket Holders get six games FREE when they sign up for full-season packages. Plans for all 36 home games start at just $275 per seat. Partial-season plans are also available. Contact the Steelheads front office at 208.383.0080 for more information.
