Caffaro dealt to Ontario

Idaho Steelheads head coach and director of hockey operations Hardy Sauter announced Tuesday that the team has traded defenseman Lane Caffaro to the Ontario Reign in exchange for future considerations. Caffaro, 26, appeared in two games with Idaho, registering seven penalty minutes. He split last season between the ECHL (Wheeling) and American Hockey League (Wilkes-Barre/Scranton). The Steelheads return home on Wednesday to host the Utah Grizzlies at Qwest Arena.
