Rome suspended one game by ECHL

PRINCETON, N.J. - The ECHL announced that Idaho right wing Ashton Rome has been suspended for one game as a result of his actions in ECHL Game #88 against Utah on Nov. 7. Rome was assessed a minor penalty for instigating at 18:47 of the third period and a Game Misconduct under Rule 47.11 Instigator In Final Five Minutes Or Overtime at the conclusion of the game. He is suspended under Rule 47.21 whereby any player deemed to be the instigator or aggressor of fisticuffs during the last five minutes of the game or at any time during overtime, shall be automatically suspended from his team?s next game. Rome will miss Idaho?s game at Stockton (Nov. 13).
