The Boise Burn have announced the first six players assigned to the af2 squad for the 2009 season. In 2008, he was the team?s third-leading receiver with 45 catches for 615 yards and 15 touchdowns. He was also the team?s leading rusher with 135 yards and added five rushing TDs. Harris had the top single-game receiving mark for the Burn last year, with 152 yards at Tri-Cities May 31. He also caught a season-high five touchdowns passes in that game.James was third in tackles last season with 50 unassisted and 21 assists. He intercepted 6 passes (second on the team), recovered two fumbles and forced one fumble.Price began his college career at Idaho State before transferring to Eastern Oregon. Signed late in the season by the Burn, he made his pro debut against Tri-Cities on June 28.In ten games last season, Tune recorded 18.5 total tackles, including three tackles for loss and two quarterback sacks. Mark Weivoda, an original member of the Burn, led the team with 13 tackles for loss (-58 yards) last season. He was also credited with 9.5 sacks and 22.5 total tackles. The Idaho State University product also scored a safety last season.Williams, a speedster from Michigan State, was a two-year starter for the Spartans and led the Big Ten in kickoff return yardage. With the Burn last season, he was named Ironman of the Game four times, and was in the top 10 in the league in kickoff return average (23.8 average) and he returned two kicks for touchdowns and had a long return of 58 yards.The Boise Burn begin their third af2 season in the spring.
