Steelheads Ticket FAQ

We've been getting a lot of questions over the last week regarding your tickets, so to help ease the pondering we've put all of our updated ticket information into one place!

Q: I'm a season ticket holder. What are my options for tickets?A: All season ticket holders will be issued a credit towards your purchase of a 2020-21 season ticket plan. Your ticket representative should be reaching out to you with further details regarding your packs if they have not already.

Q: I'm a season ticket holder that has extra tickets that I didn't use as part of my plan. Can I redeem those tickets?A: Those tickets not used during the regular season outside of the final three home games are not redeemable for future games next season.

Q: I purchased a single ticket for one of the final three games of the season. Can I get a refund?A: All individual tickets can receive a full refund at their point of purchase. These are processed individually, so this will take some time to appear in your bank statements.

Q: I have a voucher I got from a group, a flex plan, a youth fundraiser or from Costco. What do I do with them?A: All unused vouchers from the 2019-20 season will be honored by the Steelheads for a game during the 2020-21 season, subject to availability at the time of redemption.
