BOISE, Idaho – Goaltender Ryan Faragher has returned to the Idaho Steelheads following his release from a Professional Tryout Contract (PTO) with the Stockton Heat (AHL), Steelheads Head Coach & Director of Hockey Operations Neil Graham announced on Tuesday.
Faragher, 28, finished his second stint with AHL Stockton after being loaned on November 14. Over the last two seasons, the Fort Frances, Ont., native has played six games with AHL Stockton, recording a 4-1-0 record with a 1.45 goals-against average and a .951 save percentage with one of those games played this season. The 6-foot-2, 200-pound goaltender returns to the Steelheads hosting a 1-2-1 record with a 3.52 goals-against average and a .885 save percentage through four games this season.
