BOISE, Idaho – The Idaho Steelheads open the 2018-19 home schedule at CenturyLink Arena this Friday, Oct. 19 and Saturday, Oct. 20 at 7:10 p.m. against the rival Utah Grizzlies.
On Friday, all fans in attendance will receive a free Steelheads 2018-19 magnet schedule. Fans can get their hockey starter pack for Friday and Saturday with a Steelheads Mini Plan. Plans include four tickets, two small beer vouchers, and one Steelheads hockey helmet beanie and start at just $69. Steelheads Mini Plans are available for any 2018-19 regular season home game.
The Steelheads and Grizzlies meet for the first time in their 15-game season series, opening the next chapter of their storied rivalry. Last season, the Steelheads took their head-to-head series with a 8-4-3 record including a 3-2-1 record at CenturyLink Arena. This is the first of four-straight games against the Grizzlies, and the Steelheads own a 92-42-24 regular season record in the ECHL franchise series.
