BOISE, Idaho – Defenseman Nolan Gluchowski has been recalled by the Texas Stars (AHL), Idaho Steelheads Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations Neil Graham announced on Thursday.
Gluchowski, 24, played all three games during opening weekend for the Steelheads, recording six penalty minutes and a minus-3 rating. The Wixom, Mich., product was re-assigned to the Steelheads from AHL Texas on October 3 following Texas Stars Training Camp. Gluchowski is on an AHL contract with Texas, and it will be his first stint in Cedar Park during the regular season.
The Steelheads open the 2018-19 home schedule at CenturyLink Arena this Friday, Oct. 19 at 7:10 p.m. against the Utah Grizzlies.
