Boise, ID (11/27/17)— The Idaho Steelheads are once again teaming up with Intermountain Gas Company and Idaho Country Kissin’ 92.3 to collect winter coats for Idaho children in need, launching this year’s Keep Kids Warm campaign.
The Keep Kids Warm campaign grants fans the opportunity to donate to a worthy cause during this holiday season and to enjoy a Steelheads hockey game as well.
Intermountain Gas Company has donated 500 tickets for the Steelheads’ December 16th game against the Wichita Thunder at CenturyLink Arena. Fans who donate a new or used winter coat can receive four free tickets to that game while helping to keep Idaho’s children safe during this winter season.
“The Keep Kids Warm campaign always gets tremendous support from Steelheads fans because they care about our community and want to make a difference,” said Steelheads President Eric Trapp. “Our partners at Intermountain Gas Company and the great people at Kissin’ 92.3 have done incredible work through the years to make sure that the needs of Idaho children are met every winter. We’re very proud to be a part of that effort.”
Fans can donate coats and jackets and receive their free Steelheads tickets by delivering their donations to the Idaho Steelheads’ front office, located on the Event Level of the Grove Hotel. The Steelheads encourage all fans to support this important charity.
