Steelheads Summer Locker Room Fundraiser

The Idaho Steelheads will once again partner with Auction Frogs and TenX Sports next week for the “Steelheads Summer Locker Room Fundraiser”, an internet auction held from June 14th to June 17th to raise money for renovations to the Idaho Steelheads locker room at CenturyLink Arena. Just like the auction held prior to last season, Steelheads fans will have the opportunity to bid on a variety of game-worn Steelheads memorabilia, including game-used jerseys from the 2016-17 season and autographed apparel from Steelheads legends of the past.

The auction will include 22 game-worn jerseys, including ten from the 2016-17 season. Autograph-seekers can bid on a 2016-17 Steelheads jersey signed by the entire team, as well as a hockey stick from the 2016-17 ECHL All-Star Classic signed by 17 members of the All-Star team, including Idaho’s Travis Walsh and Aaron Harstad.

Fans can also bid on autographed jerseys worn by Lance Galbraith and Scott Swanson, as well as a game-worn jersey from Scott Burt. Fans can own an autographed replica jersey from Super Bowl Champion Keyshawn Johnson, along with other fun replica sports items.

Auction prizes are not just limited to memorabilia. Fans can spend some quality time with the coaching staff this summer by placing bids for lunch or a round of golf with Steelheads Head Coach Neil Graham and Assistant Coach Everett Sheen.

“There are some wonderful items in this auction and opportunities for our fans to get to know our coaching staff and talk some hockey,” said Steelheads President Eric Trapp. “I think our fans will really enjoy this fundraiser as we continue our efforts to create a better environment for our players.”

All proceeds from the auction will be put towards renovations to the locker room, as the Steelheads seek to bring in new stalls and amenities to ensure a winning atmosphere for future Steelheads at CenturyLink Arena.

Fans can visit the auction webpage at steelheadsauctions.com, with bidding opening at 9am on Wednesday morning and remaining open until 9pm on Saturday night. Fans that purchase items will have the opportunity to collect them in-person at CenturyLink Arena, or they may select shipping costs during the checkout process.
