Like the Admirals, the Wichita Thunder will also be making their first ever trip to Boise on December 15th and 16th. Idaho will also visit the Thunder on March 2nd and 3rd, the team’s second trip to Wichita and first since February 2016.
The Steelheads will face two opponents for the first time, visiting the Quad City Mallards on October 27th and 28th and hosting the Kalamazoo Wings for three games from January 10th through the 13th. The Steelheads visit the South Carolina Stingrays for the first time since January of 2013, playing two games on March 15th and 16th in North Charleston on a trip that will begin with a single contest in Atlanta against the Gladiators.
The Steelheads’ longest home stand will be a six-game stay in Boise from November 22nd to December 2nd, featuring games against the Americans and Oilers. Idaho will also have three five-game home stands from December 8th to December 16th, January 5th to January 13th, and March 21st to March 31st.

The Steelheads will also face the Colorado Eagles six consecutive times this season, with three games at Budweiser Events Center followed by three games in Boise in February. That extended series will include a Valentine’s Day game at CenturyLink Arena.
