Boise, ID (9/2/2015) – The Idaho Steelheads and Utah Grizzlies will meet on Friday, October 9, in the annual pre-season “Season-Ticket Holder Only” game in downtown Boise.
There will be no single-game tickets to the game, which will be played at CenturyLink Arena. Rather, each Season-Ticket holder will get an allotment of general-admission passes to use and distribute for the game. The puck will drop at 7:10 PM.
Each Season-Ticket holder will receive a letter soon with their vouchers for the game. The letter explains the event to new Season-Ticket holders and any who have not attended in the past.
Last season’s “Season-Ticket Holder Only” game drew over 4,000 fans for the fourth consecutive season. CenturyLink Arena has an official capacity of 5,006.
The game is part of a two-game preseason schedule for the Steelheads and Grizzlies. The two teams will play Saturday night, October 10, at the Olympic Oval in Salt Lake City, to wrap up the pre-season schedule.
The Steelheads open the regular season on Friday, October 16, at home against the Rapid City Rush. It is the first of 36 home games, each of which will be played at CenturyLink Arena.
Season tickets are on sale now with full-season packages starting as low as $275 per seat for all 36 home games. Partial-season packages are also available. Contact the Idaho Steelheads at 208-383-0080 for more information or log on to www.idahosteelheads.com.
