Steelheads, Linsmayer agree to terms

Boise, ID (6/26/14) – Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations Brad Ralph announced Thursday that the ECHL’s Idaho Steelheads have agreed to terms with forward Rob Linsmayer.

The 24-year-old made his professional debut with Idaho late in the 2012-13 season before spending the early portion of last season with the San Francisco Bulls, scoring twice in eleven contests.  Ralph re-acquired Linsmayer in early December and the Winnetka, IL, native flourished, netting 15 goals (27 total points) in a Steelheads sweater over the rest of his rookie season.  His 15 markers tied for fifth-most on the team despite appearing in just 44 games with the team.

Linsmayer is the first player to officially agree to terms with Idaho for the 2014-15 season.

Season tickets for the 2014-15 season are already on sale, starting at just $275 to secure the same seat for all 36 home games.  There are also partial-season plans available for fans seeking more flexibility.   Contact the Steelheads front office at 208.383.0080 or log on to www.idahosteelheads.com for more information.
