(Boise, ID) CenturyLink Arena is hosting the 9th Annual High School Hockey Invitational. The tournament, presented by the Swigert foundation, will take place November 2-4. The highly anticipated fundraiser event is a seasonal kick-off for the teams. A span of 21 games will be played with 10 participating schools. Three of the teams are traveling from Eastern Idaho, one team traveling from Sun Valley, and the remaining are from nearby Boise schools. Attached is a full schedule of the participating schools and game times. Three rounds are played over the span of Friday and Saturday which lead to the finals on Sunday. The first and second highest remaining seeds make it to the championship game which is scheduled to take place at 3:30pm that afternoon. There will be a live Twitter feed during the tournament highlighting team standings and scores. Tickets: Each team has an allotment of tickets for their school where they can earn up to $1,600 in ticket sales. Tickets for the entire tournament can be purchased through the schools? team for $10 per person. Individual game tickets can also be purchased at CenturyLink Arena for $5 per person. CenturyLink Arena is located in the heart of downtown Boise. It is home to the Idaho Steelheads and the Idaho Stampede. Seating 5,000 people CenturyLink Arena hosts many events every year.
