(Boise, ID) ? CenturyLink Arena hosts 11th annual Guns and Hoses charity hockey game between local Fire Department and Police Department personnel on Saturday. Doors open at 12:30pm, the game starts at 1:00pm. There is no admission cost, but donations will be accepted. Two charities will be present for donations, the Idaho Peace Officer Memorial and the Idaho Fallen Firefighters foundation. Donations can be made at the door. Two former Idaho Steelheads will be on each of the teams. Troy Edwards and Scott Davis will be playing with the police, and Roy Mitchell and Cal Ingraham will be playing with the fire department. Make it a day of hockey, after the Guns and Hoses charity hockey game the Idaho Steelheads will take on the Stockton Thunder at 7:10pm. Discounted tickets can be purchased for $15.00 at www.idahosteelheads.com. Select seating P4 and use the promotion code FIRE, with each ticket purchase you will receive a small hotdog, popcorn and chips. CenturyLink Arena is located in the heart of downtown Boise. It is home to the Idaho Steelheads and the Idaho Stampede. Seating 5,000 people CenturyLink Arena hosts many events every year. More than 350,000 attend over 100 events during 2011.
