(Boise, ID) - Ketchum?s Cody Lampl will be placed on the 21-day injured list with an undisclosed upper-body injury. Head coach Derek Laxdal says he expects Lampl to be out for 4-6 weeks and could return during the ECHL?s Kelly Cup playoffs. Lampl was injured over the weekend against Bakersfield. The 23-year-old defenseman is the first player with Idaho roots to play with the Steelheads. He has skated in 44 games this season, totaling 13 points (one goal, 12 assists), including five assists in his past six games. Also, forward Matt McKnight has been activated from the injured list while defenseman Weston Tardy was moved from the 3-day injured list to the 7-day injured list.The West-Division-leading Steelheads are on the road this week in Victoria, BC, playing the Salmon Kings Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday night.
