(Boise, ID) ? Individual game tickets for the 2009-2010 Idaho Steelheads hockey season will go on sale to the general public Monday, September 28, at 10 AM. Tickets can be purchased online at www.idahosteelheads.com or at the Qwest Arena box office (208.331.TIXS). Ticket prices for adults range from $15 per seat to $32.50, plus box office fees, and there are special rates for juniors and seniors. The popular Family Fun Fridays return, highlighted by the ?4-for-$44? ticket offer. Fans can purchase four tickets, four Pepsi products, and four Double-R Ranch hot dogs for just $44 (plus fees) ? a savings of more than $30 over average walkup and concession prices ? to any Friday-night home game. The 4-for-$44 is also available in a season-pass for each of the team's Friday home games.The Steelheads are proud to once again offer the KTIK Section at each home game, where a limited number of seats are available for just $13.50. Group outings are also very popular among hockey fans in southern Idaho. The Steelheads have special pricing starting at $11 per ticket and benefits for groups of 20 or more that book their gatherings with the team. Each fan who purchases a group ticket will receive a free hot dog, small beverage, and bag of chips when they arrive at the game. The 72-game ECHL regular season opens on Friday, October 16, when the Steelheads host the Stockton Thunder. Game time for each Steelheads home game is 7 PM, with the Qwest Arena doors opening at 6:30. Season-ticket packages for the 2009-2010 season remain available, starting as low as $450 per seat for all 36 home games. Partial-season ticket packages are available for as little as $150.
