Matchup: Tri-Cities Fever (2-11) at Boise Burn (11-2), 7 PM, Saturday night, Qwest Arena, Boise. Head-to-head: This will be the fourth meeting between the two teams this year. Boise has won each of the previous three, two in Tri-Cities and one here in the Capitol City. Get to know? Tri-Cities quarterback Collin Drafts. He?ll be the fourth different quarterback to start for the Fever against Boise this season (Joe Ayoob, Ryan Porter, and Tomotsuna Inoue are the other three) and he comes in after leading the Fever to a home win over Stockton in its last game. It?ll actually be Drafts? second trip to Boise this season, though. He was the backup quarterback for Amarillo when the Dusters came to Boise in May. Records could fall: Three single-season records are on the chopping block this weekend and all could go to longtime local favorites. Former BSU standout Alex Guerrero (pictured) is one tackle-for-loss away from the Burn?s single-season mark (13, set last season by Mark Weivoda). He?s also just a sack and a half short of the team mark of ten, set last season by Travis Tofi. The third record is single-season interceptions. Terrence Sanders has the record (9, last season) but Weiser?s Levi Madarieta has eight and Sanders has seven so far this season. Both are in position to tie or break that mark this week.
