The CenturyLink Arena Box Office is open Monday thru Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM. On event days, the box office opens at 1:00 PM and generally remains open thru the event's intermission. Tickets may be purchased with cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and the CenturyLink Arena accepts Downtown Boise Gift Certificates. Personal checks are not accepted. For your convenience, order tickets online and print your tickets at home by clicking here. Tickets to all CenturyLink Arena events can be purchased by phone at 208-331-TIXS(8497).
WILL CALL: Tickets can be picked up at will call starting 60 minutes prior to the show time. You MUST present the actual credit card used to purchase the tickets, and a picture I.D. at the ticket window to receive the tickets.
CONVENIENCE & FACILITY FEES: All tickets purchased for a CenturyLink Arena event, including internet and phone purchases, are subject to a per ticket convenience charge.
